Sometimes we're in our own way of achieving results. We might be convinced we're not worthy, that something's not going to work out, that the other person is against us. We're experiencing fear, doubt, insecurity, agitation and more. For reasons that might not even be true.

The mind gym is a weekly practice for your mind and soul. Just like your muscles need a regular workout, your mind needs this too. It needs regular attention and time to identify what’s holding you back, what thoughts and convictions are in the way of achieving results, and to identify how to feel less frustration, fear or insecurity on a daily basis.
The mind gym will be your regular practice so that you keep working on getting out of your own way.
This is work in progress. Life is evolving, and so are you. There will always be new things. New challenges. Joining the Mind Gym will help you evolve quicker.

Participating in MindGym encourages me to look back on the previous week, to notice and appreciate all that has gone on, and also to look ahead to the next week to live it in a more intentional way.
It's so easy for the weeks in our lives to just run into each other, without taking the time to reflect and really pat oneself on the back for all that we accomplish and to be grateful for all that we have. IT'S NORMAL TO HAVE THOUGHTS AND CONVICTIONS THAT HOLD US BACK
We all have them. It's normal, we're being human. But this doesn't mean it's useful, or always necessary. In the mind gym we will challenge your limiting thoughts.
We will turn your life into a fun experiment.
An experiment in which you will change your limiting beliefs into helping beliefs, and your non-helping behaviour into helping behaviour.
This ongoing practice will help you to live lighter, and be more at peace with yourself and your life.
The Mind Gym will be dedicated time for you.
Time to breathe, to stand still, and to take a moment to explore what's going on inside of you.
As an ultra running athlete, I noticed that a real big part of my results weren't necessary related to my physical training. It's the mindset that's equally important. I noticed for example that I had the belief that 'I'm not a fast runner on the flat'. This made me feel not great, and the result was that when I had a training on the flat, I wasn't putting in all of my efforts. Because 'I simply wasn't fast on the flat'. And then my results showed me that indeed, I wasn't fast on the flat. And so my conviction was reinforced.
It takes effort to change these convictions. It takes time, effort, and daily practice. In my own daily life, and coaching practice, this is exactly what I do. In the mind gym I help you to change your convictions that are in the way of achieving the results that you want.
THE MIND GYM WILL HELP YOU TO:
Depending on what your main focus is, managing your mind will help you to:
– feel less overwhelmed or no longer feel like life is taking over
– take back control over your mind instead of the other way around
– achieve your goals with more ease
– experience more fun and lightness in your life
– be able to better deal with challenging people or circumstances
– break through some of the long ingrained limiting thoughts that hold you back
– improve your confidence
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
There will be weekly 'gym classes' of max 4 people per session of 1.30h, where you will bring in your situation, your thoughts, your ideas. During the mind gym sessions you will benefit of a coach and like minded people who are in the group with you, who will support you, give you ideas, and help you to test new ideas, thoughts, and mental strategies so that you will get the results you're desiring. It will be a safe, supportive and fun space to breathe, explore, and learn.
You don't necessarily need to have a goal you want to achieve, nor a specific problem you're facing. You don't necessarily go to a normal gym when you're injured either - you go to maintain or improve your fitness. The same principle applies to the mind gym. However, you will need to do prepare the sessions to really benefit from them, this takes max 15 - 30 minutes per session.
