THE 'NATURE FIX'
Scientific studies show what happens to our brain and body when we are in a natural environment. The measures show that our brain activities settle down, and that our breathing, blood pressure and heart rate drop automatically. It also enhances our physical healing speed and capacity. We naturally feel more 'at home', are more open to new experiences, and we are noticeably more creative.
Let's get back to nature more!
We will take the time to connect with ourselves and with nature. We will take time to just be, to meditate, and to enjoy nature with all of our senses. We will hear the birds. We will smell the grass. We will inhale fresh mountain air. We will recharge our batteries because we will go back to nature in a way that feels like coming home.
