The reconnection retreats take place in in the beautiful Chablais mountains (below Lake Geneva). These are among the most untouched and hidden mountain ranges of the French Alps. Time seems to stand still here. We can find hidden paths that meander through the forest and the Alpine meadows. Chamois and ibexes live here in large numbers. And from the mountain tops you have the most beautiful views on the Mont Blanc on the one side and the Lake Geneva on the other side. It's hard to find a better place to deconnect to reconnect.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
This means that in the morning and in the afternoon there will be coaching workshops that will help you to explore, and to eventually make a plan for a fulfilling and meaningful life. The workshops will take place in and around the hotel. Weather permitting, we will find the most beautiful and quiet places to work outside in nature, enjoying the mountain views.
Every day, there will also be plenty of time for you to unwind. There is the possibility to go hiking on your own or with others, and to immerse yourself in the beautiful nature. There is also the possibility to go swimming, exercising, meditating, running or biking, it's all up to you. There is space for good conversations, having a great time with the group, and at the same time there is space to spend time with yourself. To go exploring on your own, to just think or be. It's all possible. After all, it really is a holiday!
After the retreat you will receive one month of free online coaching to help you integrate your gained insights into your daily life!

HOTEL ESPRIT MONTAGNE
We will stay at Hotel Esprit Montagne, located in the heart of the Chablais mountains, in the small village of la Chapelle d'Abondance. The hotel has been chosen for its comfortable facilities and amazing hospitality. The fantastic view, the large garden with hammocks and relaxing sofas, a free sauna, delicious food prepared by a top-level chef cook. Let yourself be pampered here, it's the perfect atmosphere to completely unwind. You will stay in a double room which you will share with another retreat participant. If you prefer to stay in a single room, you can do so at an additional fee. There is also the possibility to book massages, Reiki treatments, or hot stone therapy.
The reconnection retreat really was an amazing experience! Thanks to Janne's expert guidance, the carefully designed program and the great dynamics with the other participants, at the end of the week, I was really eager to start working on my chosen goals and I was keen to make my life great again!
The programme is designed in a way that there are two workshops per day. In between the workshops there is enough time to rest, reflect, have good conversations. You can choose to go hiking or make your own plan. Read a book, take a glass of wine, enjoy the sun. It's up to you.
The workshops take place from Sunday to Friday between 09.00 and 12.00, and again from 17.00 - 19.00. The workshops are an alternation of explanation, exercises, individual reflection and group exchange, which will allow you to take a closer look at your own life and habits. The programme is designed for lasting results and practical insights that you can apply in your daily life. The workshops contain the following themes:

18.00: introduction before having dinner together
We will get to know each other. We will look at this week's programme and philosophy.
09.00 – 12.00: Happiness
We will look at what happiness means for you, and at your ideal picture. What have been your own thoughts about this so far? And what kind of first ideas can we come up with for the ideal picture for you? These don't have to be perfect but will give us guidance for the rest of the week.
17.00 – 19.00: The current situation
We'll look at your current situation. We will look at what makes you happy and proud,
as well as at the areas where it doesn't quite work so well.
09.00 – 12.00: the core
We'll look at what makes you you. What do you need to function optimally? What brings you to life? And at the same time, what makes you lose your energy? We will look at where it goes wrong and we'll identify the areas of improvement.
17.00 – 19.00: Your 'life rules'
Your life is based on your own rules. What are these rules? What do you oblige yourself to do (or not do)? And can we think of ways to maybe lower (or change) the bars a bit?
09.00 – 12.00: Values and motivations
Today we'll identify your intrinsic drives. We examine what motivates you and what you really find important in your life.
17.00 - 19.00: The art of living
Your values and motivations are closely related to what you consider a 'good life'. What do you think that 'good life' is? What does that mean for you? And what are your Golden Rules for Good Living? Today we will compile them, they will come in handy in creating your own art of living.
09.00 – 12.00: Closer to your core
We will go even deeper into who you are and how and why you act the way you do. We look at your personality, your qualities, your pitfalls.
17.00 – 19.00: Superpowers
We will look for tangible possibilities to use your qualities and pitfalls as optimally and as positively as possible, and we will look at how this manifests itself in social situations.
09.00 – 12.00: Your dream
Based on what we have discovered, we will identify your ideal picture for life. How would you live, if everything would be possible? What are your dreams and what would you really like to achieve?
17.00 – 19.00: The happiness of 'good enough'
We bring your ideal picture down to a realistic ideal picture. In other words: your happiness of 'good enough'.
09.00 – 12.00: Mission : possible
We're going on a journey. Literally and figuratively. To make your dream come true. What are the steps you can take? What realistic roadblock or fears do you encounter to make it come true? We draw up a realistic plan.
17.00 – 19.00: Focus more, do less
Another important aspect of living a full life is sufficient focus.
We will look at how you can keep the focus on what is important to you in your everyday activities.
21.00 – 22.00: Lighting the fire in every day
We're closing in with blazing flames. With inspiration and daily intentions for a life full of fires in every day.
And we will take the first actions from your action plan.
After breakfast: departure
We will set a date for the first free coaching session to help you really realise all your plans and ambitions.
