The + in Reiki+ stands for further healing and counseling that helps to bring out the powerful you that's already inside of you. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Reiki+ sessions are magical healing sessions that help you turn things that feel heavy and dark into things that feel light and bright. We'll release the blockages (fears, 'old stuff', things we didn't know were holding us back, emotions, etc.) that prevent you from thriving. I'll help you realign and take back your power again.
Reiki+ sessions are sessions in which we're working together. That means, I'll connect to your system, and from a distance I'll feel what's happening and where the blockages are. In the meantime, I'll help you connect to yourself and guide you in doing the work. Because in the end, it's not me who will tell you what to do but it's you who'll feel what's good for you and what needs to be done. In that way, Reiki+ is real teamwork of you and me together.
We will work at all levels - mental, emotional, and your being as a whole. Depending on your need, the Reiki+ sessions can also include practical assignments, experiments, visualisation/meditations, and/or journaling exercises.
In the end, you'll walk away with practical tools and trics to integrate the desired changes into your life. You'll feel lighter, more connected, more whole, more you.

The intake is free, after that you choose a package or a one-off session. Prices are the same for online or face-to-face meetings. A Reiki+ session takes in between 60 and 120 minutes and always includes counseling, Reiki and other healing techniques.
