Sometimes unexpected things happen. Sometimes you get hurt, go through a difficult time, or you surpass your own limits. You are tired, easily irritated or emotional, or you suffer from an injury or illness. A reiki session can help you to feel better again, and turns out to be just as important on your way to a fulfilling life as coaching or a retreat.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Energy sessions can be combined with coaching, which allows us to address your questions and themes holistically for profound and lasting results. Usually there are connections between your coaching questions and what we felt during the reiki session. The body and mind connection is much stronger than we often think, and (subconscious) emotions such as fears, sadness or self-doubt can lead to physical discomforts or energy blockages (think about tiredness, restlessness, weariness). A Reiki treatment can also allow you to see things more clearly, more calmly, and more ‘from a distance’, so that you will gain new insights in your coaching questions. The combination of a Reiki treatment with a coaching session gives thorough results for a happier, more fulfilling and authentic life.

You can opt for a one-off Reiki treatment, or for an ‘energy boost’. This means that I will treat you for three days in a row, which will give you an enormous energy boost for an intense effect.
A Reiki treatment takes about 90 minutes, including a conversation beforehand and afterwards. A remote reiki treatment takes about 30 minutes on average. In exceptional cases, a lot of energy is needed and takes it up to 60 minutes. A coaching session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on how quickly we find answers to your questions.
Is this all too wishy-washy for you? I get that, Reiki really is quite vague and bizarre. I promise that there will be no reiki or vague practices in a 'regular' online coaching session, if it doesn’t speak to you. I am a very down to earth and analytical person who is just impressed by the results I see. But I completely get it if it is a step too far (I had to cross some boundaries myself too).
